The use of ApplyGCMSTM is subject to the following terms of use:

Privacy

  • All information provided by customers and accessed by ApplyGCMS is as per the Access to Information Act of Canada and Privacy Act. ApplyGCMS is not affiliated with Canada Government.
  • GMCS Notes is delivered exactly how it is received from (IRCC) / (CIC). No omissions, modifications or changes of any sort are done by ApplyGCMS.
  • Customer information received by ApplyGCMS is kept strictly confidential and will be deleted after 30 days.

Refund

On the off chance that refund request made for legitimate reason, ApplyGCMS will initiate refund procedure in which case, a refund processing time may take up to 24-48 hours, only if the application is not yet submitted to CIC or receipt and tracking of order information is not available.

Payment made to ApplyGCMS is strictly non-refundable once the application is submitted to CIC. ApplyGCMS is not responsible of results once the Customer information is deleted after 30 days. ApplyGCMS is not responsible for, if any delays, caused by the concerning department where the application or request is submitted to.

Use of Service

Harassment in any manner or form on the site to other customers, agents, employees and representative, including via e-mail, chat, phone, physically or by use of obscene or abusive/threatening language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including ApplyGCMS or other employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors, customers on the site is prohibited. Off chance that ApplyGCMS may not submit request to concerning department because ApplyGCMS is receiveing huge number of requests, or delay in submitting the request in which case, ApplyGCMS may issue a refund. Off chance there might be delay in submitting request to concerning department because ApplyGCMS is receiveing huge number of requests in order not to overload IRCC, or other department which might delay or effect the submitted previously requestes. By using the ApplyGCMS service, and sending the consnet form, you give the applygcms and the corresponding person to act as representative on your behalf to apply for the services offered by applygcms. By using the ApplyGCMS service, you agree that ApplyGCMS reserves the right to cancel the order in any vioation of Terms and Conditions.
